In April, Ryan McSharry phoned my office to enquire about brochure website design services. G64 Print and Design referred Ryan to me as they had just completed his new logo and signage. Ryan explained that he was in the construction business and wanted a brochure website. He hoped this new website would help set him apart from other local builders.

Passive House & Eco Friendly Builds

Ryan has over 10 years experience working in the Irish construction sector. In 2018, Ryan upskilled in
Passive Building Technologies. He completed an intense course and is now a fully Certified Passive House Tradesperson. A passive house is an airtight home that is optimised for lighting and heat. This reduces running costs and helps the environment too. Eco building technologies are truly fascinating. It was great to hear Ryan talk about the future of eco homes and flat pack building in Ireland. He wants to play a part in making people’s eco friendly dreams a reality.

Extensions Renovations and Landscaping

The primary focus of this brochure website design was to showcase RMS Constructions unique selling points (USP). When I was compiling the galleries for their previous work their USP was clear. They make truly bespoke homes tailored uniquely to each clients needs. Many of the renovations started as blue sky ideas and with Ryans magic became a reality.

Bespoke Carpentry and Unique Projects

Ryan has a background in carpentry and loves building timber frame constructions. His wooden detailing on extensions and interior renovations is incredible. RMS Constructions have completed lots of detailed and beautiful carpentry projects. Let’s not forget the AMAZING princess castle garden playhouse!

A Modern Design to suit a Modern Company

Builders are typically not fond of change. However, RMS Constructions are not typical builders. They are very forward thinking and inviting of new ideas. It was important that their website was modern and bright to reflect this unique businesses persona.

I chose green as the primary colour to highlight his logo and emphasise the positive environmental impact their business provides. I designed the homepage to perform like a landing page. It has multiple calls to action and provides lots of useful information. Above all, it educates visitors on Passive house building and its future in Ireland.
